I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at INSEAD, European Campus. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Boston University (Boston, U.S.A.) and an MBA from IESE Business School (Barcelona, Spain). Before joining academia, I worked for several years in capital markets sales and trading at the Latin American subsidiary of Saxo Bank (Montevideo, Uruguay) and in investment banking at Bank of America (London, United Kingdom).

My research explores the disclosure choices and capital market effects relating to shocks that significantly increase the risk profile of organizations, such as financial misconduct, cross-border regulation, and the sustainability transition.

Outside of work, I am passionate about sailing, horse-riding, paddle tennis, and volunteering.
